Still being renovated so overall the decor and rooms are quite clean. Beds are on the softer side. Hotel shakes when train goes by, and is a little noisy. Breakfast is similar to other Ramadas (toast, juice, coffee, cereal, and waffles if it's working). They still haven't taken off the incidentals on our card. We were told it would be off by day's end, then week's end. Then told it was the banks fault, and when we called the bank was told the hotel didn't release the funds yet, but we can get on a 3 way call and once the hotel releases the funds the bank can push it through immediately. Called the hotel 3 times with no answer. Left a message and got a call back 6 hours later. To date, incidentals are still on the card. Normally not an issue, but when you're planning to stay at several hotels and every single one puts an incidental on your card, that ties up your funds. Had to use cash as incidental at recent other hotel stays.
